Luja

A key collection we have for painting a kitchen is Luja. Available in three finishes with matt, semi-matt, and semi-gloss paints. This is broken down with Luja 7, 20, and 40 with the number getting higher as the paint becomes glossier.

There is no shortage of reasons why Luja is a good choice for use in a kitchen. Firstly it is extremely durable and has resistance to dirt. Scrubbing it on a regular basis will not damage the finish. Being washable is an important factor in an area as busy as a kitchen.

Luja also features resistance to moisture and anti-mould properties. Important features for the only other room aside from your bathroom which will have running water or steam.

Optiva

If you are not as concerned about condensation you also have the choice of our Optiva range when painting your kitchen. This collection is also more budget-friendly.

This includes Optiva 3, 5, 7, and 20. These paints range from full matt to semi-matt emulsion. Tikkurila has also created a more eco-friendly line-up in the Optiva collection with the Optiva Nature paints which are available as matt or satin matt.

This collection is still a very durable paint with a smooth finish that will stand up very well to a robust cleaning regimen.

Helmi
