Summary of Warranty Terms & Conditions
- Validity: The warranty is valid only when the specified Tikkurila products are used as per approved guidelines.
- Maintenance Obligation: The building owner must follow an agreed maintenance plan. Failure to maintain will render the warranty void.
- Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damages due to improper surface preparation, external mechanical impact, chemical exposure, or extreme weather conditions outside normal UK climate conditions.
- Modifications: Any deviation from the original specification must be pre-approved by Tikkurila to remain under warranty.
- Claims Process: Any warranty claim must be submitted with supporting documentation, including proof of maintenance and project details.
- Inspection & Liability: Tikkurila reserves the right to inspect any claim site before approval. Liability is limited to the replacement of defective paint or refund of purchase value.
