Lower Temperature on the Roof Surface
ClimateCooler Uni reflects up to 80% of the sun’s infrared radiation compared with a black bitumen roof. The radiation lowers the surface temperature and makes the roof a so called “cool roof”.
Lower Energy Consumption for Cooling Down Buildings
Roofs treated with ClimateCooler Uni have lower temperature, which requires less energy to cool down the air entering the buildings' air conditioning system. ClimateCooler Uni treatment reduces the need for cooling, and translates into financial savings.
Extends the Service-life of the Roof by Many Years
Surfaces treated with ClimateCooler Uni last longer as they stay cool and are not exposed to extreme temperatures.
