Tikkurila offers an array of premium paints to paint your furniture. Each with its own unique appeal.

Let's run through your options.

First, we have Empire. This is a semi-matt top coat that is made from a traditional alkyd eggshell and is ideal for wooden furniture. This paint is very easy to apply and leaves a brilliant finish, every time.

Helmi

Then there is the eco-friendly Helmi range which comes in three finishes. It includes Helmi 10, Helmi 30, and Helmi 80. These paints are matt, semi-matt, and gloss sheen level respectively. Having this combination of sheen levels ensures no matter the project you have the paints you need.

The Helmi collection is incredibly versatile being suitable for a wide range of situations. This paint is also an excellent choice for a surface that may need to endure a more rigorous cleaning regimen. It is also quite scratch resistant.

It also has a very short drying time. You can a coat to be touch dry in around an hour. No waiting four hours before applying the second coat.

Kiva

If you don't want a solid paint finish on your furniture and would rather still see the grains of the wood you can choose an interior lacquer. For this purpose we have Kiva. This paint is also available in matt, semi-matt, and gloss with Kiva 10, Kiva 30, and Kiva 70.
