Express Delivery
1-2 working days

Free for trade account holders.

For mainland UK orders, our paint is tinted to order and delivered to your chosen address in 1-2 working days.


Order using our express delivery service before 2pm Monday to Friday, your order will be processed and dispatched the same day. (Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the next working day).


Our main courier partner DPD aims to deliver 98% of parcels the next working day but this is not guaranteed, and we cannot accept liability for work started under these conditions. If you would like a guaranteed service, please select one of the premium delivery options.

Premium Next Day Delivery

Order using our premium next day before 4pm Monday to Thursday, your order will be processed and dispatched the same day.

We have four options for premium next day delivery which includes:

  • Premium next day by midday
  • Premium next day by 10:30am
  • Saturday delivery
  • Timed delivery

Rapid Delivery with TradeKart
Under 2 hours

For Trade customers located within 15 miles of any of our Pro Center or Pro Shop locations (see full list of stores here), we now offer a rapid delivery service.

Place your order between 7:30am and 3:30pm, Monday to Friday, and receive it within 2 hours.

This service is currently available only to registered trade customers and is free of charge. Not registered? Sign up here.

All orders placed by 2pm will be processed the same day.

A surcharge will be applied to deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Islands, the Isle of Wight, The Isle of Man and all Crown dependencies. VAT will be charged on the delivery costs noted.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive (working days does not include weekends or National Bank Holidays).

In case of Bank Holidays please allow an extra 2 working days.

Deliveries to non-mainland or remote locations may take longer.

Goods delivered by courier should arrive between 8am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. All deliveries must be signed for. If you are out when the courier arrives the Courier will leave a card with the contact number for you to call to arrange a suitable time for re delivery or for you to collect the goods from the local depot.


We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified, however occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.

All shipments are governed by the Terms and Conditions of delivery as stated by each individual carrier. Valtti Limited will not accept claims for liability or loss against late delivery of any goods.

Delivery FAQs

Will it arrive the next working day?

Our express delivery service is 98% efficient.

98% of our parcels processed for a next working day delivery, arrive the following day. We rely heavily on our couriers to expedite this and occasionally we do not meet this, therefore we cannot guarantee 100% on our next working day delivery service.

We strongly advise you not to book any contractors until you have received all your items in perfect condition we cannot accept liability for work started under these conditions.

Can you deliver to my address?

We deliver to mainland UK and Northern Ireland only.

Can I change address after ordering?

Because we seek to fulfill orders the day that they are placed, we allow changes to shipping addresses up to 15 minutes after you submit your order

What if I’m not in for my delivery?

We use a number of different couriers, and each operates slightly differently. Regardless of the courier, you will receive a tracking notification in advance of your order's arrival to allow you time to be available to receive the items.

If you can’t be available at that time, the courier may attempt an alternative method, such as leaving the package in a safe place or with a neighbour if you have indicated you’re comfortable with that option.

Otherwise, they will attempt delivery again on the next working day.
