Temazinc 99 is a two-component, polyamide cured zinc rich epoxy primer for exterior metal.

Temazinc 99 is prequalified in the NORSOK system 1 and therefore an excellent choice for the most demanding application areas such as offshore environments, refineries, power plants and bridges.
Zinc Content Exceeds the Requirements of ISO standard 12944-5
The zinc content of Temazinc 99 exceeds the requirements of the standard ISO 12944-5 for zinc-rich primers. The product provides superior cathodic protection for steel.
Mechanism by which Zinc-rich Primer Temazinc Protects Steel
The zinc-rich epoxy paint fills any scratches or damage points in the paint layer, preventing direct contact between electrolyte and steel, which would otherwise result in corrosion.
This reaction continues as long as there is enough zinc in the primer. Must be applied to blasted steel ISO Sa2.5 Minimum Standard.

For mainland UK orders placed before 2pm Monday-Thursday, our paint is tinted to order and delivered the next working day. Orders placed outside these times arrive within 1-2 working days.

Returns
- Tinted and special-order paint can't be returned (unless faulty)
- Non-tinted/white products and sundries can be returned if unused, in original condition within 14 days of delivery.
