Valtti Opaque is easily applied to produce a semi-matt film that moves with the surface to which it is applied.

Valtti Opaque is a highly versatile wood paint for new and previously painted timber.

Superior weather resistance
Valtti Opaque has been developed for wooden façades to withstand the extreme conditions of Finland. The surface is flexible and adjusts to the surface and seasons. Forms a water-resistant paint finish that allows water vapour to permeate the wood.

The surface texture of wood remains attractively visible. Semi-matt Valtti Opaque produces a finish that the eye does not tire of. The essential feel of wood can be felt on both board and timber surfaces. Valtti Opaque is an excellent maintenance paint.

Tinted and special-order paint can't be returned (unless faulty)
Non-tinted/white products and sundries can be returned if unused, in original condition within 14 days of delivery.

What product would you reccomend for previously painted decking( dark grey) preferably and non slip.

If you have a specific shade in mind for your decking we would recommend using Valtti Plus Wood Oil, which is available in a wide range of colours.

Valtti Plus Wood Oil is a water-based natural wood oil provides weather protection for new and previously oiled wooden furniture and decking. Click here to shop. If you prevent a solvent based solution, then there is also Valtti Wood Oil (available here)

Before application, remove loose material with a scraper and/or a wire brush first. Clean the surface and, if necessary, wash with Homeenpoisto or Tehopesu according to instructions.
